With increasing demand from the design community for accurate, project-ready BIM resources, TFS Projects partnered with Australia’s leading BIM content specialists, IGS Group (IGS BIM Solutions), to develop a comprehensive Revit content library that supports the specification of TFS Projects’ specialty furniture and equipment solutions.

Created 100% natively in Revit, and aligned with the BIMcontent.com Revit Content Standard, each Revit asset is designed to deliver optimal performance, ease of use, and clarity in documentation and visualisation, ensuring specifiers have content that supports them throughout the whole project design and delivery process.
Further project design support is provided via ‘Required Space’ graphics in both 3D and 2D that display associated installation spatial guidance. These annotations help avoid clashes, improve coordination with other building elements, and ensures compliance considerations are addressed early in the design process.
To accommodate diverse project workflows and content management preferences, TFS Projects’ Revit content is available in multiple formats:
- As individual Revit families (in Revit 2022 and all subsequent versions).

The platform has been purpose-built to meet the needs of design professionals, offering powerful features such as 3D and 2D content previews, various content search options, and downloads tailored to specific Revit versions and file formats.
