Spring Steel BUFFA™ carpark barriers are an economical and effective method of barrier protection for loading docks, car parks, warehouses and heavy industrial applications. A Spring Steel BUFFA™ barrier is manufactured from high-grade spring steel and is heat-treated for strength and flexibility. The flexibility of a Spring Steel BUFFA™ post reduces the pull-out forces on the anchor bolts. This absorption of energy during impact offers a reduced risk of damage to the barrier, vehicle and structure. Spring Steel BUFFA™ barriers are available with anti-climb mesh infill and/or handrail extensions for added pedestrian safety. Spring Steel BUFFA™ barriers are designed to meet the loading requirements described in AS/NZS 1170.1.
